Privacy policy

VPSLedger has no visitor accounts. Browsing plan data does not require you to give us a name, email address, or payment information. The site is mostly static, but it includes analytics, an optional support chat, and a live stock request as described below.

Analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand page use through interaction events, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may receive page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location, clicks, scrolling, and other interaction data, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Input fields are masked by Clarity by default, so their typed contents are not included in recordings. See Microsoft Clarity's privacy information.

Our language suggestion banner stores a dismissal flag named vl-lang-banner in your browser's localStorage. We do not set a first party tracking cookie in the site's own code. Clarity's own cookies or storage may be present when its script runs.

Information you choose to send

If you use the support chat, your message and recent conversation are sent to our Cloudflare Pages endpoint and forwarded to OpenRouter to generate a reply. The chat keeps the recent messages in your open page for the conversation; the site code does not write them to an application database. Please do not include sensitive information in a chat message. The email alert forms currently have disabled submit buttons and no configured destination, so they do not collect addresses. The finder and calculators run in the browser and do not submit their form values to us.

If you email us from the contact page, your email client sends the message through your chosen mail provider; we receive the information you include and use it to respond. We keep correspondence only as needed to handle the request and related follow up. You can ask us to delete it.

Other requests and retention

The stock badge can request public availability data from monitor.vpsledger.com. This request does not include finder inputs. Our monitoring Worker fetches provider pages and may send operational alerts to its administrator; it does not receive visitor form data. Hosting providers may process standard request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time, for delivery and security. We do not operate a visitor account or purchase database. Hosting, Clarity, OpenRouter, and your email provider manage their own data and retention under their policies.

Outbound provider links take you to independent sites with their own privacy practices. Site assets use local files and system fonts; we do not load a third party font or CDN for the page design.

Your choices and changes

You may clear browser storage and cookies in your browser settings, decline to use chat, and contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information you sent directly to us, subject to applicable requirements. VPSLedger is not directed to children under 13. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Questions and requests can be sent through our contact details.
