Billing: API credits. Base resolution: 480p / 720p / 1080p. $0.200 per output second. Runway Dev API route; output credits/s × $0.01: 480p 20, 720p 30, 1080p 68. Input/reference video adds 10/15/34 credits/s; 80-credit minimum per generation. Base rate shown is 480p.
Formula: 20 credits/output second × $0.01/credit = $0.200/second. Per clip: max(duration × 20 credits, 80 minimum credits) × $0.01. Multiply by monthly clip count. The minimum and any input/reference charges can change the effective rate.
Example: 100 clips × 5s at the base setting = $100.00, before extras.
