Billing: API credits. Base resolution: 720p. $0.050 per output second. Runway Dev API credits; 5 credits/s × $0.01/credit. Image-to-video; API accepts whole-second durations 2–10s at 1280:720-class ratios.
Formula: 5 credits/output second × $0.01/credit = $0.050/second. Per clip: max(duration × 5 credits, 0 minimum credits) × $0.01. Multiply by monthly clip count. The minimum and any input/reference charges can change the effective rate.
Example: 100 clips × 5s at the base setting = $25.00, before extras.
